What are the primary applications of Shvana?

Shvana is primarily designed for industrial, defense and homeland security applications. As it is designed and built as a modular platform, it can easily be tailored to fit various use cases. Please let us know your requirement and we shall collaborate with you to tailor Shvana to suit your needs.

Can we add our own Electronics or Payloads?

Absolutely. However, any additional load (mechanical or electrical) affects the performance of Shvana and has to be analyzed before deployment. Please contact us for detailed analysis before altering any payloads.

What type of training / technical support is available for users?

Shvana is very simple to use. We also provide comprehensive training and technical support to help users maximize the benefits of Shvana. Our team is readily available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. In addition to remote technical support, we also provide onsite support.

What are the Maintenance requirements?

Apart from battery checks, we do not anticipate any routine maintenance activities. Maintenance manual supplied with Shvana provides details of all maintenance activities that users can perform.

What about warranty and after-sale support?

Shvana comes with a 1 year warranty and an optional extended warranty. Warranty doesn’t include modifying the code, making changes to payload/weight etc.

Are SLA and Software Updates included in after-sales support?

Any critical Software updates/features are available to users for 1 year as a part of sale. After the first year, software updates are available to users who opt for SLA.
